  How To Make Instant Crispy Jalebi fig no.1 Ingredients required: For preparing batter: Maida/All purpose flour - one cup Curd - half cup Eno - half tea spoon salt - half tea spoon water - for preparing the batter Empty milk/oil packets or sauce bottles For preparing syrup: sugar - 2 cups water - 1 cup turmeric - half tea spoon oil for deep frying Procedure: Preparing Batter: Add 1 cup Maida, half cup curd, 1/2 tea spoon eno (any flavour), pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well. Add water little by little. Stir it for 2 min so that there are no lumps in it. Mix thoroughly, beat the batter for 5-6 times. Keep it aside for atleast 1/2 an hour to 1 hour. Meanwhile we can start preparing syrup.   Preparing Syrup: Take a small beaker. Add 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water. Add a pinch of turmeric.  How to make Crispy Kodubale fig.1 Ingredients required: 1) Rice flour - 1cup 2) Maida/all purpose flour - 1/2 cup 3) Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup 4) Roasted channa dal - 2 table spoon 5) Zeera - 1 tea spoon 6) Oil - for frying 7) Salt - a pinch 8) Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon 9) Luke warm water - 1 cup (same cup as used for measuring flours) Procedure: Tranfer rice flour and Maida into a pan. Heat it gently in a low flame till it gets warm. Then turn off and transfer it to a container, heat one table spoon of oil and pour it into the conatiner and mix it well. Add grated coconut, roasted channa dal and little water in a mixer bowl, grind it into a paste. Add the paste into the conatiner containing rice flour and maida, add all other ingredients like zeera, red chilli powder, salt according to your taste, mix it up well.
