How To Make Instant Crispy Jalebi fig no.1 Ingredients required: For preparing batter: Maida/All purpose flour - one cup Curd - half cup Eno - half tea spoon salt - half tea spoon water - for preparing the batter Empty milk/oil packets or sauce bottles For preparing syrup: sugar - 2 cups water - 1 cup turmeric - half tea spoon oil for deep frying Procedure: Preparing Batter: Add 1 cup Maida, half cup curd, 1/2 tea spoon eno (any flavour), pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well. Add water little by little. Stir it for 2 min so that there are no lumps in it. Mix thoroughly, beat the batter for 5-6 times.
